Description
Readymesh PF is a stranded structural polyolefin macro-fibre, high-performance, specific for the realisation of continuous surfaces made of concrete, it can also be used in replacement of traditional steel reinforcement. The texture, length and surface finishing of Readymesh PF was designed and developed specifically for "exposed" applications, such as industrial floors made of concrete. Readymesh PF are available in two different lengths: Readymesh PF-180 = 18 mm; Readymesh PF-540 = 54 mm

Readymesh PS Monofilament macro-fibre for structural spritz-beton and prefabrication
Description
Structural polyolefin macro-fibre, high performance, for improved adherence specific for structural applications, even as a substitute for conventional steel reinforcements. Readymesh PS increases the absorption of energy of the product in case of breakage and yielding, it gives the concrete a greater resistance to the forces of traction/bending, it reduces the risk of breakage of the concrete component in the corners and edges. It also reduces the phenomenon of segregation of the concrete during the installation and it reduces the risk of corrosion of the reinforcing rods (if present) due to the reduction in cracking from plastic shrinkage. Readymesh PS are available in three different lengths: Readymesh PS-300 = 30 mm; Readymesh PS-380 = 38 mm; Readymesh PS-480 = 48 mm
Fields of use
It can be used where widespread structural and three-dimensional reinforcement of the conglomerate is required. It is particularly indicated in structural applications and in severe operating conditions (after static-structural calculation). The main applications, to name a few, are projected concretes (spritz-beton, shotcrete, shotcrete), mass concrete, base slabs and underpinning, structural slabs, medium and large prefabrication, etc.
Readymesh PM Multi-filament fibre for lime based plaster, cement or mixed
Description
Readymesh PM is an auxiliary, multi-filament polypropylene micro-fibre suitable for addition to cement conglomerates with a lime or mixed base. The addition of Readymesh PM to the mix counters the cracking phenomenon due to plastic shrinkage of the plaster, mortar, screed or concrete, as well as having positive effects on the durability of the mix, resistance to frost/defrosting and resistance to knocks and overall impermeability. Readymesh PM have the CE marking and are available in three different lengths: Readymesh PM-060 = 6 mm; Readymesh PM-120 = 12 mm; Readymesh PM-180 = 18 mm.
Fields of use
Readymesh PM is an auxiliary fibre used in a multitude of application fields, where three-dimensional reinforcement and diffusion of the cement conglomerate and/or lime base is required. It is a particularly indicated fibre for addition to small manufactured works or for plaster, even in small thickness and with reduced granulometry inerts.
Readymesh PW-120 12mm fibrillated polypropylene micro-fibre for screeds and concrete
Description
Readymesh PW-120 is an auxiliary fibrillated polypropylene micro-fibre, with a length of 12 mm, suitable for adding concrete in general. The addition of Readymesh PW-120 to the mixture allows for preventing the phenomenon of cracking from plastic shrinkage of the concrete, as well as having positive effects as regards the ductility of the mixture, the resistance to freezing/thawing, the shock resistance and overall watertightness.
Fields of use
Subbase screeds(even with radiant systems), small thickness small prefabrication casts, concrete floors, ballasts in cement mix and concrete structures in general, even in combination with traditional metal reinforcement.
Readymesh MX-500 High performance 50mm steel fibres
Description
Readymesh MX-500 is a special carbon steel fibre, obtained by the extrusion and cutting of high-strength steel wire. Its special double-hooked form gives it a remarkable shear strength, thus conferring the concrete with excellent post-cracking structural strength even at low doses. Readymesh MS-350 High-adherence steel fibres of length 35 mm
Description
Carbon steel fibres, with a profile for improved adherence to the dimensional reinforcing, structural, of concretes in general. The addition of Readymesh MS-350 allows for considerably increasing the mechanical performance of the product in relation to tenacity, ductility and resistance to fatigue, the resistances to the dynamic stresses, the mechanical tensile and bending behaviour, even post-crack, and resistance to impact and wear.
Fields of use
Production of grouts and fibre-reinforced concretes in general, sprayed structural concretes (shotcrete). In addition, due to their contained length, the fibres Readymesh MS-350 are particularly suitable for the production of pre-cast blocks.

Description

Readymesh MR Brass-plated micro-fibres for structural cement conglomerates
Description
Brass-plated steel micro-fibres, obtained by cutting metal wire, for structural reinforcement of cement-based conglomerates in general. Readymesh MR is a very thin brass-plated steel wire with a diameter of 0.22 mm and a length of 6 or 20 mm, mainly used for reinforcing concrete and high-performance mortars. Readymesh MR are available in two different lengths: Readymesh MR-060 = 6 mm; Readymesh MR-200 = 20 mm
